About John Ratko
John has taught and tutored high school physics at nearly every level. This includes AP Physics 1, Pre-AP Physics, On-Level Physics, Inclusion for Physics and Physics for English Learners.
John also has significant experience teaching physics to English Learners and can explain concepts in Spanish for bilingual students. As someone who has experienced the effort required to learn a second language, he can empathize with the unique challenges faced by students learning English and physics at the same time.

My daughter is currently enrolled in AP Physics 1, and with such a demanding course load alongside several other AP classes, she knew she needed additional support to feel confident in the material.
